Position : Senior ServiceNow Developer (ITSM & ITAM)

Experience : 6- 10 Years

Job Location : Remote (India)

Shift : 6:00 PM 3:00 AM IST

Join Time : Immediate joiners or candidates available within 1520 days preferred.

Job Overview :

We are hiring a Senior ServiceNow Developer with proven expertise in ITSM, ITAM - HAM, SAM, and CMDB modules. The ideal candidate will be experienced in ServiceNow scripting, third-party integrations (SailPoint, Intune), and portal configurations. Hands-on experience with platform upgrades and clone management is essential.

Key Responsibilities :

ITSM Development & Scripting :

- Develop and enhance ITSM modules using server-side (Glide API) and client-side scripting (JavaScript, UI Policies, Client Scripts).

- Troubleshoot and optimize existing functionality.

ESC Portal Customization :

- Customize the Employee Service Center (ESC) portal, including widgets, catalog items, and UI configurations.

IT Asset Management (ITAM/HAM/SAM) :

- Configure and maintain ITAM, HAM, and SAM modules for lifecycle tracking and compliance.

Configuration Management Database (CMDB) :

- Design and manage CMDB structures and relationships to support ITSM.

Integrations :

- Develop and manage integrations with SailPoint, Intune, and other enterprise tools.

- Create and maintain APIs, MID Servers, and integration workflows.

Platform Upgrades & Clone Management :

- Plan and execute ServiceNow upgrades.

- Manage instance cloning and ensure post-clone validation.

Required Skills :

- 6- 10 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.

- Strong scripting skills (Glide API, JavaScript).

- In-depth knowledge of ITSM, ITAM, HAM, SAM, CMDB.

- Experience with third-party integrations.

- Solid understanding of REST/SOAP APIs.

- Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills.
