About the Role :

We are seeking a Senior Palantir Developer to join our data engineering and analytics team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with Palantir Foundry (or Gotham), strong data modeling and pipeline development expertise, and the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams to deliver scalable data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy data pipelines, transformations, and analytical workflows within Palantir Foundry.

- Build and optimize data models, ontology configurations, and workflows for efficient data integration and analysis.

- Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable data solutions.

- Develop and maintain code-based transformations (Python, SQL, Java, or Scala) and Palantir workflows.

- Integrate external systems and APIs with Palantir Foundry for seamless data ingestion and export.

- Ensure data quality, governance, and security standards are met across all solutions.

- Mentor junior team members and contribute to best practices and documentation.

- Troubleshoot issues related to data pipelines, access control, and platform performance.

Required Skills and Experience :

- 5-9 years of professional experience in data engineering, analytics, or software development.

- 3+ years of hands-on experience working with Palantir Foundry (or Gotham).

- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data transformation logic.

- Experience with ETL design, data modeling, and ontology development in Palantir.

- Strong understanding of data governance, access controls, and operational data pipelines.

- Experience integrating Palantir with external data systems, APIs, or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

- Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.
