Job Description :


We are looking for an experienced Senior / Lead - ServiceNow HRSD Developer with strong hands-on expertise in ServiceNow development, scripting, and integrations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of implementing HRSD modules from scratch, working across multiple ServiceNow applications, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver robust and scalable solutions.


Key Responsibilities :


- Lead and participate in the end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow HRSD projects from requirements gathering to go-live.


- Design, configure, and customize ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) applications including case and knowledge management, employee service center, lifecycle events, and integrations.

- Write and maintain server/client-side scripts, business rules, UI policies, scripted REST APIs, workflow scripts, and other custom components.

- Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems using REST, SOAP, and other protocols.

- Collaborate with stakeholders and HR teams to identify business needs and translate them

into technical solutions.

- Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and development standards.

- Mentor junior developers and support continuous improvement of development processes.

- Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow releases and features.


Required Skills & Experience :


- Minimum 7+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, with a strong focus on HRSD.

- Hands-on experience in implementing HRSD projects from scratch.

- Proficient in JavaScript, ServiceNow APIs, and ServiceNow development tools.

- Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP, MID Servers, and Integration Hub.

- Strong understanding of HR processes and workflows.

- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to debug and resolve complex issues.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with stakeholders, clients, and team

members.

- Flexible to explore and work across multiple ServiceNow modules as per project needs.
