Role Overview:

We are looking for a QA Engineer to test Salesforce and Agentforce implementations using Copado, through both automated and manual validation, to ensure deployment quality and reliability. You will also take a consultative approach, helping improve test pass rates by optimizing automation design and QA processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Migrate automated test cases from Selenium to Copado (CRT) and complete remaining automation backlog

- Develop and optimize Copado automated test scenarios for Salesforce applications

- Analyze and improve test stability and pass rates

- Identify automation and process improvement opportunities

- Provide hands-on guidance and mentoring to the existing QA team

- Act as an extension of the client's QA automation team

Must-Have Skills:

- Strong hands-on experience with Copado Robotic Testing (CRT)

- Proven experience in migrating test cases to Copado Automation

- Experience improving automation test pass rates and stability

- Exposure to Salesforce Platform and testing applications built on it

- Ability to provide consulting-led process optimization

Good-to-Have Skills:

- Prior Selenium automation experience

- Test data management for Salesforce

- Agile/Scrum QA delivery experience
