About the Role :

We are looking for a highly skilled Python Lead with strong expertise in React.js and SQL Server to join our team in Visakhapatnam.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing and developing scalable applications, leading teams, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver enterprise-grade solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, and deployment of web applications using Python (Django/Flask/FastAPI) and React.js.

- Work with SQL Server databases schema design, optimization, queries, and stored procedures.

- Collaborate with product owners, architects, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.

- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and code reviews to the development team.

- Ensure best practices in coding, testing, security, and performance optimization.

- Manage end-to-end project deliverables and ensure timely releases.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing applications.

- Stay updated with emerging technologies to drive innovation.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 812 years of professional experience in software development.

- Strong expertise in Python frameworks (Django, Flask, or FastAPI).

- Proficiency in React.js and front-end development (JavaScript, ES6+, HTML5, CSS3).

- Hands-on experience with SQL Server database design and optimization.

- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, micro services, and integration patterns.

- Experience with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).

- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.

Good to Have :

- Exposure to containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).

- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology.

- Experience with performance tuning and application scalability.

Education :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
