We are looking for a Python Lead to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Python development, leading teams, and delivering software solutions. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for mentoring junior developers.

Responsibilities :

- Lead and mentor a team of Python developers to deliver high-quality software solutions.

- Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable applications using Python and related frameworks.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

- Conduct code reviews and ensure coding standards are met within the team.

- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and bugs in the applications.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in Python development.

Skills and Qualifications :

- 7-10 years of experience in Python development and software engineering.

- Strong knowledge of Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.

- Experience with RESTful API design and development.

- Solid understanding of database management systems, especially SQL and NoSQL databases.

- Proficiency in version control systems, such as Git.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA or Trello.

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
