Job Title : Python Lead

Experience : 5+ Years

Location : Gurgaon

Mode of Work : On-site / Hybrid (as per company policy)

Mandatory Skills :

- Python (Advanced level)

- Django Framework

- AWS (Amazon Web Services) hands-on experience with key services (EC2, S3, Lambda, etc.)

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design and development of scalable Python-based applications using Django.

- Architect solutions on AWS for high-availability and performance.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver product features.

- Perform code reviews and provide technical mentorship to junior developers.

- Ensure best practices in coding, testing, and deployment processes.

- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner.

Good to Have :

- Experience with RESTful APIs

- CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions)

- Docker/Kubernetes exposure

- Basic understanding of front-end technologies (React/Angular)
