Lead Python Developer & Architect (Fintech/Payments) - Immediate joiners required

Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, and deployment of high-performance, scalable Python applications within the Fintech/Payments domain.

- Architect complex software systems, ensuring high availability, reliability, and security.

- Mentor and guide a team of Python developers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.

- Drive best practices in software development, including code reviews, testing, and documentation.

- Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into

technical solutions.

- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot production issues.

- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, proposing and implementing innovative solutions.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 8-10 years of overall experience in Python development.

- Mandatory experience in the Fintech or Payments domain.

- At least 1 year of experience as a Software Architect or in a similar architectural role.

- 2-3 years of experience in a Team Lead or Lead Developer role, with a proven ability to guide and mentor developers.

- Strong proficiency in Python coding, with a deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming.

- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

- Proficiency with Docker for containerization.

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps).

- Good understanding and experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack).

- Familiarity with database technologies (SQL and NoSQL).

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
