Python Lead

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead, mentor, and guide a small team of developers, ensuring high-quality deliverables.

- Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to the team.

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance Python applications.

- Architect and implement solutions leveraging cloud platforms (AWS/Google Cloud).

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.

- Ensure adherence to coding standards, testing protocols, and deployment best practices.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications for performance and scalability.

- Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to technical decision-making.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

- 5 to 7+ years of hands-on Python development experience.

- Proven experience in leading or managing a small development team.

- Strong problem-solving and logical reasoning abilities.

- Hands-on experience with cloud services (AWS Lambda, S3, API Gateway, Athena, Google Cloud Functions, etc.).

- Proficient in writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code.

- Good understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.

- Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git.
