Role : Python Gen AI Engineer

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled Python Gen AI Engineer with 5- 6 years of experience in Python programming and AI/ML development to join our team in Gurgaon, India. This is a full-time permanent position requiring a hybrid working model (3 days from the office).

The ideal candidate must be available with a Notice Period of 0 to 15 Days. This role is central to designing, developing, and implementing advanced Generative AI and Machine Learning solutions focused on content generation, and extracting critical business entities and insights from complex documents.

Primary Responsibility & Core Functions :

Generative AI and Model Development :

- Design, develop, and implement machine learning models using expert Python programming.

- Focus on content generation using Generative AI techniques and models.

- Gain Experience in Business Entity model extraction from Documents/content (e.g., invoices, contracts, reports).

- Develop solutions for Extracting Business Insights from Document/content to drive strategic decision-making.

- Train and rigorously evaluate machine learning models for accuracy, bias, and performance.

- Utilize Experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI GPT-4, 4.1, 4.1 mini) for integration and fine-tuning.

- Continuously improve model performance and scalability in production environments.

API Development and Deployment :

- Build and maintain efficient RESTful and GraphQL API services to expose model predictions and content generation capabilities.

- Demonstrate Proficiency in Python and modern web frameworks like Flask and FastAPI for API creation.

- Apply Expertise in containerization (Docker) and cloud deployment (Azure) for scalable, reproducible MLOps solutions.

- Possess a Strong knowledge of databases (SQL/NoSQL) for data storage and retrieval.

MLOps and Engineering Excellence :

- Possess a solid Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment of AI models.

- Apply Strong communication skills to document processes clearly and communicate technical findings with stakeholders.

- Exhibit Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and within a team to tackle complex technical challenges.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Experience : 5- 6 years of experience in Python programming and AI/ML development.

- AI/ML : Mandatory experience in content generation using Generative AI and model training/evaluation.

- LLMs : Experience utilizing LLM APIs (OpenAI GPT-4, 4.1, 4.1 mini).

- Backend : Proficiency in Python and frameworks like Flask, FastAPI.

- APIs : Experience in building and maintaining RESTful and GraphQL API services.

- Data : Strong knowledge of databases and experience in extracting entities/insights from documents.
