Must Have Skill Set :

- Backend : Python, Django, Django REST Framework, Celery, PostgreSQL, Redis

- Frontend : TypeScript, React

- Infrastructure : Docker, Kubernetes, GitLab CI/CD

- Testing : pytest, Robot Framework

- Other : Experience with Microservices architectures, asynchronous processing, object storage(S3)

Job Responsibilities :

1. Build and Lead a Team : Hire, onboard, and coach a high-performing cross-functional team of backend, frontend, and QA engineers.

2. 6-8 years of professional experience in software engineering, including at least several years in senior or lead roles

3. Drive Delivery : Take ownership of project delivery, ensuring milestones are met with quality, scalability, and sustainability in mind.

4. Hands-on Guidance : Contribute actively to the codebase, lead by example in both backend and frontend development, and support complex technical challenges.

5. Set Technical Direction : Shape system architecture, define coding standards, and guide the adoption of best practices across the team.

6. Foster Collaboration : Work closely with Engineering Managers and other engineering teams to ensure alignment and smooth integration.

7. Ensure Quality : Oversee testing, code reviews, and QA practices to maintain high-quality standards across all deliverables.

8. Scale for the Future : Lay the foundations for a sustainable, scalable external team that can grow with the companys evolving needs.
