Job Title : Python Fullstack developer

Experience : 5 - 7 Yrs

Location : Pune

Notice Period : Immediate to 15days

Mandatory skills : Proficiency in Python and familiarity with libraries such as Spacy, Camelot, Scikit-learn and TensorFlow (Exp in any 2 libraries are enough)

Key Responsibilities :

The specific responsibilities of this role include :

- Design and implement robust web-based applications and services using technologies such as Python and React.

- Analyze and review business requirements to ensure alignment with technical solutions.

- Engage in architecture and technical design discussions to enhance system scalability and performance.

- Conduct and participate in code reviews, peer inspections, and the creation of technical design specifications.

- Document and review detailed designs to facilitate clear communication and understanding among team members.

- Stay informed about the latest advancements in web technologies and distributed systems to continuously improve application design and implementation.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new features and enhancements into existing systems.

- Communicate technical insights and solutions effectively to stakeholders through reports and presentations.

Qualification :

- Bachelor's degree in computer science or information systems, or equivalent experience in the field of software development.

- 3-5 years of experience in software programming and/or data warehousing, in an Agile Scrum environment.

- Experience in languages such as Python, React and a good knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming.

- Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with expertise in React, Python, and distributed systems.

- Strong understanding of search technologies and messaging systems, with experience in Solr and Kafka preferred.

- Proficiency in Python and familiarity with libraries such as Spacy, Camelot, Scikit-learn, and TensorFlow.

- Must be proficient in : Building web applications using React

- Strong Experience in developing backend services using Python framework.

- Knowledge and experience with distributed data stores like Cassandra.

- Experience with messaging systems like Kafka

- Strong ability to communicate technical insights and solutions effectively to stakeholders.

- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git or SVN).

- Strong knowledge of project tracking software like Jira

- Ability to understand client expectations and to resolve issues that may affect delivery

- Experience working with a distributed team

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Good to have skills :

- Experience with cloud computing platforms and tools (e.g., AWS, Azure)

- Staying updated with the latest advancements in web technologies and distributed systems
