Role Overview :

As a Python Engineer based in banglore, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance backend systems that power our clients' core business operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers and frontend developers, to translate complex requirements into clean, maintainable, and efficient code.

Your work will directly impact the scalability and reliability of our client platforms, ensuring that our technical solutions remain competitive and performant in fast-paced market environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and implement scalable backend services using Python to support high-traffic applications and complex business logic.

- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs using Django, Flask, or FastAPI to ensure seamless integration between front-end interfaces and data layers.

- Deploy and manage cloud-based infrastructure on AWS, ensuring optimal performance, security, and cost-efficiency for client projects.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to troubleshoot technical bottlenecks and optimize database queries for improved application latency.

- Participate in code reviews and architectural discussions to maintain high standards of code quality and system design across the development lifecycle.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated proficiency in building production-grade applications using Python, with a deep understanding of asynchronous programming and multi-threading.

- Hands-on experience in developing web services with frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI, including the ability to choose the right tool for specific architectural needs.

- Proven ability to manage cloud environments on AWS, including services like EC2, S3, Lambda, and RDS, to support continuous deployment and infrastructure automation.

- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and work effectively within a collaborative team environment.

- Ability to work from our Pune office, demonstrating adaptability to an in-person collaborative culture while maintaining high standards of individual productivity.

- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, combined with 3 - 5 years of professional experience in backend software development.
