Python Engineer - Django/Flask

About the Role :

We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented Python Engineers to join our growing technology team. The ideal candidate should have strong programming fundamentals, problem-solving abilities, and a keen interest in building scalable applications. This role offers an excellent opportunity for freshers and early-career professionals to work on real-world projects, gain hands-on exposure to web applications, APIs, cloud environments, and AI-based workflows, while following industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities :

- Implement clean, reusable, and modular code following PEP8 standards and design patterns.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate APIs, databases, and third-party services.

- Write and execute queries on relational databases (preferably MSSQL) to support application features.

- Build beginner-to-intermediate level web applications or dashboards using frameworks like Flask, Django, Streamlit, or FastAPI.

- Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize code for performance, scalability, and maintainability.

- Participate in code reviews and contribute to maintaining high-quality coding standards.

- Utilize Git for version control and understand the basics of CI/CD pipelines for deployment workflows.

- Work with structured/unstructured data formats such as JSON, CSV, REST APIs.

- Explore and contribute to AI-driven workflows using Python libraries such as OpenAI, LangChain, Azure AI SDKs, etc.

- Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies, cloud environments, and modern software development practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Familiarity with databases (preferably MSSQL) and ability to write simple queries (CRUD, joins, indexing).

- Exposure to API integration (requests, responses, status codes, error handling).

- Basic understanding of cloud concepts (Azure Functions, AWS Lambda, etc.).

- Exposure to at least one Python-based web framework (Flask, Django, Streamlit, or FastAPI).

- Awareness of Git workflows and CI/CD concepts.

- Hands-on exposure to NumPy, Pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow is a plus.

- Knowledge of AI/ML libraries (OpenAI, LangChain, Azure AI SDKs) is an added advantage.
