Python Developer/Technical Lead - Django/Flask

Description :

We are looking for an experienced Python Developer / Technical Lead to design, develop, and deliver high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, a deep understanding of business problems, and leadership ability to guide teams and deliver client-centric results.

Software Design & Development :

- Advise software developers on design and development of features and components with a deep understanding of the clients business needs.

- Design and develop scalable, efficient, and maintainable applications using Python and related frameworks (e.g., Flask, Django).

- Contribute to system architecture, design documents (HLD, LLD, SAD), and data models.

- Integrate APIs, data pipelines, and machine learning models where applicable.

Technical Skills :

- Strong expertise in Python and frameworks like Flask or Django.

- Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).

- Proficiency in REST API, microservices, and web architecture.

- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud environments (AWS/Azure).

- Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum or Kanban methodologies.

- Optional : Exposure to Machine Learning frameworks (TensorFlow, Keras, scikit-learn).

Client Interaction :

- Collaborate with customer architects to finalize technical designs.

- Present design options and conduct product demos for clients.

- Clarify requirements and provide guidance to the development team

Release Management :

- Execute and monitor release processes ensuring smooth deployment.

Soft & Leadership Skills :

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

- Ability to break down complex problems into logical components.

- Excellent communication and client interfacing skills.

- Proven team leadership and mentoring experience.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under press

Education :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
