Overview :

Seeking a hands-on Senior Backend Engineer to design and develop scalable backend services for GenAI-driven manufacturing applications.

The ideal candidate is an expert in Python (FastAPI), AWS, and GenAI integrations (LLMs, embeddings, vector DBs) with strong system design and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and build RESTful APIs and microservices using Python & FastAPI.

- Develop and optimize RAG pipelines, embeddings, and AI workflows.

- Architect and deploy cloud-native solutions on AWS (ECS, Lambda, RDS, etc.

- Integrate LLMs using LangChain, Hugging Face, OpenAI APIs.

- Mentor team members and enforce best coding, testing, and delivery practices.

- Collaborate across squads to ensure scalability, security, and reliability.

Required Skills :

- 815 years of backend experience (hands-on coding).

- Strong in Python, FastAPI, REST APIs, microservices, SQL/NoSQL.

- Experience with AWS cloud deployment and DevOps collaboration.

- Solid understanding of LLMs, embeddings, vector databases (OpenSearch), and prompt engineering (RAG patterns).
