The primary responsibility is to develop Quick Process Automations (QPAs) using various technologies, with a strong focus on Python. The role requires a self-driven individual who can manage projects independently from start to finish.

Automation Development : Building automation tools using platforms like Python, VBA, Java, and SQL to streamline business processes.

Project Management : Handling the entire project lifecycle, from initial analysis and planning to design, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.

Documentation & Training : Creating thorough project documentation and training the operations team on how to use the tools you develop.

Problem-Solving : Proactively identifying workarounds, fixing bugs, and implementing new features. You're expected to be a self-starter who can find solutions with minimal supervision.

Collaboration : Understanding the specific needs of the operations team and building tools to meet those requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Experience : 2-4 years of software development experience.

- Demonstrable, practical knowledge of data processing libraries such as Scrapy, NumPy, and Pandas.

- Knowledge of setting up a Python environment.

- VBA : Skills in Visual Basic for Applications, with the ability to code functions and macros in Excel, Access, Word, and PowerPoint.

- A solid understanding of relational databases and the fundamentals of loading and ETL.

- Sound knowledge of DOS/UNIX scripting for file and folder manipulation.
