About the Role :

We are seeking a proactive Python Backend Developer with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our team in Hyderabad. This hybrid role is focused on building scalable, secure, and data-driven back-end services and APIs. You will play a key role in developing cloud-native architectures, managing robust database systems, and contributing significantly to our DevOps and CI/CD practices. We are prioritizing candidates who can join immediately or within 30 days.

Key Responsibilities :

- Service & API Development : Help design and develop core back-end services and APIs for high-performance, data-driven applications and complex simulations using Python and modern back-end frameworks.

- Scalability & Security : Develop and maintain server-side components that are scalable, secure, and efficient, ensuring a seamless experience across multiple client platforms.

- Database Management : Design, implement, and maintain robust database systems, demonstrating expertise in both SQL (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB, Redis) to ensure high availability and performance for critical applications.

- Cloud Architecture & Deployment : Support the deployment and scaling of new back-end technologies and cloud-native architectures within the organization.

- DevOps & Automation : Actively contribute to DevOps practices, including managing and optimizing CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code (IaC), and implementing containerization (Docker) and orchestration solutions like Kubernetes.

- Technical Collaboration : Work closely with technical partners and cross-functional teams to define system requirements, API specifications, and data integration needs for new applications.

Required Skill Set (Mandatory Skills) :

- Experience : 3 to 5 years of experience in back-end development.

- Core Language : Strong proficiency in Python and experience with relevant web frameworks (Django, Flask).

- Database Proficiency : Proven expertise in designing, implementing, and optimizing both SQL and NoSQL database systems.

- API Development : Experience designing and consuming well-defined RESTful APIs.

- Containerization : Hands-on experience with Docker for containerization.

- Cloud Exposure : Familiarity with deploying applications to a major cloud provider (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP).

- DevOps Contribution : Practical experience contributing to CI/CD pipelines and version control using Git.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with advanced orchestration tools like Kubernetes.

- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform or CloudFormation).

- Experience with microservices architecture and inter-service communication patterns.
