Python Developer - Microservices Architecture

Role : Senior Backend Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Backend Developer with deep expertise in Python to join our fast-paced engineering team. You will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining high-performance and scalable backend systems that power mission-critical applications. Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain robust backend services using Python.

- Design scalable systems using monolithic and microservices architectures.

- Build and integrate with RESTful APIs and third-party web services.

- Work with relational (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.

- Implement CI/CD pipelines and follow DevOps best practices for automated deployments.

- Collaborate closely with frontend developers, product managers, and QA engineers.

- Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance system performance and reliability.

- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architectural planning.

Must-Have Skills :

- Strong in System Design (both Monoliths and Microservices)

- Expertise in MySQL/PostgreSQL and MongoDB

- Experience with RESTful APIs and integration patterns

- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and DevOps practices

- Good understanding of Cloud platforms preferably AWS

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

Nice to Have :

- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native architecture

- Knowledge of event-driven or serverless architecture
