Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using Python and Flask.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into robust, scalable technical solutions.

- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and maintainability.

- Implement cloud-based solutions on AWS/Azure with best practices for reliability, security, and cost-efficiency.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues in production environments.

- Contribute to architectural discussions, code reviews, and best practices for backend development.

Required Skills and Experience :

- 4+ years of professional experience in backend software development.

- Expert-level proficiency in Python, with hands-on experience using Flask for building APIs and services.

- Solid understanding of cloud computing fundamentals and design patterns (AWS preferred).

- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and pragmatic technical judgment.

- Experience designing systems for performance, scalability, and maintainability.

Preferred :

- Prior experience working in enterprise SaaS or insurance platform domains.

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and microservices architecture.

- Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases.
