We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Python Developer with expertise in Flask to join our dynamic and growing team. Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable and secure backend services using Python and Flask.

- Build RESTful APIs and integrate them with front-end components and third-party services.

- Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.

- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.

- Implement security and data protection measures.

- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.

- Participate in the full software development lifecycle including planning, development, testing, deployment, and support.

Required Skills :

- 8 to 15 years of experience in Python development, with at least 5 years using Flask.

- Strong understanding of REST APIs, Microservices architecture, and API gateways.

- Experience with ORMs (like SQLAlchemy) and RDBMS (PostgreSQL, MySQL).

- Familiarity with NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB) is a plus.

- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or other containerization technologies.

- Proficiency in using Git, CI/CD tools, and agile development methodologies.
