About The Role:

We are looking for a skilled Python Backend Developer with 36 years of experience, who has hands-on expertise in building scalable backend services using FastAPI.

As part of our backend engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining high-performance APIs and services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using Python (FastAPI).

- Collaborate with front-end developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver robust and scalable solutions.

- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

- Integrate with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and third-party services.

- Ensure the best practices in code quality, testing, and deployment.

- Participate in code reviews and team discussions to improve development processes.

Key Requirements:

- 36 years of experience in backend development.

- Strong proficiency in Python, with at least 12 years of hands-on experience in FastAPI.

- Experience with RESTful API design and development.

- Good understanding of asynchronous programming in Python.

- Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).

- Familiarity with version control systems (Git).

- Knowledge of Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a plus.

- Strong debugging and performance tuning skills.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
