Job Summary :

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Python Full Stack Developer with hands-on experience in AWS. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in backend development using Python and frameworks like Django or Flask.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and mentor a team of engineers, especially data engineers

- Architect scalable, secure backend systems using Python, FastAPI, and AWS

- Drive data infrastructure decisions with PostgreSQL, Redshift, and advanced data pipelines

- Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate AI-first features and stay ahead of emerging AI trends

- Ensure delivery of high-quality, maintainable code and manage technical debt

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Deep understanding of AWS services (EC2, Lambda, S3, IAM, Redshift)

- Advanced proficiency in Python and FastAPI

- Expertise in relational databases (PostgreSQL) and data warehousing (Redshift)

- Proven experience in ETL pipelines, data modeling, and optimization

- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, iterative environments

Nice to Have :

- Experience with AI/ML pipelines or data science platforms

- Familiarity with Airflow or similar orchestration tools

- Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
