Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Python Developer with strong expertise in Django and MongoDB. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable backend systems while working closely with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain backend services using Python and Django

- Design efficient schemas and queries for MongoDB

- Build RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services

- Optimize application performance and scalability

- Collaborate with front-end developers and DevOps teams

- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code

Required Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience with Python and Django

- Solid experience working with MongoDB

- Familiarity with Django REST Framework

- Understanding of cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure is a plus)

- Experience with Git, CI/CD, and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes is a plus)

- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

Nice to Have :

- Experience with asynchronous frameworks (FastAPI, Celery)

- Knowledge of microservices architecture.
