Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled Python Developer with strong expertise in Django and Django Rest Framework (DRF) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing high-performance web applications and scalable backend services while working in a collaborative, agile environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications using Python, Django, and DRF.

- Build and manage RESTful APIs for front-end and third-party integrations.

- Collaborate closely with the front-end team to ensure seamless integration of user interfaces.

- Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and security.

- Debug, troubleshoot, and enhance application performance.

- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.

- Ensure data security and compliance with relevant privacy regulations.

- Implement automated testing and conduct code reviews to maintain quality standards.

- Stay updated with backend development trends and share knowledge with the team.

Required Qualifications :

- Experience : 3 to 10 years of hands-on experience in Python development, with strong expertise in Django and DRF.

- Education : Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Technical Skills :

- Proficiency in Python programming.

- Deep understanding of Django and Django Rest Framework (DRF).

- Proven experience in RESTful API development.

- Familiarity with PostgreSQL / MySQL and ORM concepts.

- Hands-on experience with Git or other version control systems.

- Working knowledge of Docker, Celery, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

- Exposure to asynchronous programming and task scheduling tools.

- Basic understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS (a plus).

- Knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies.

Soft Skills :

- Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment.
