Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Python Developer with 3-4 years of hands-on experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Python programming, data structures, SQL, and experience working with version control systems, containerization tools, and cloud environments like Azure.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain backend applications and services using Python.

- Write efficient and scalable code, following best practices.

- Work with relational databases and write complex SQL queries.

- Implement and optimize algorithms and data structures.

- Use Git for code versioning and collaboration.

- Package and deploy applications using Docker.

- Collaborate with DevOps and Cloud teams to manage deployments on Azure.

- Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging processes.

- Work within an agile team environment and contribute to sprint planning and execution.

- Ability to mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative development culture.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- 3-4 years of professional experience in Python development.

- Strong understanding of data structures and algorithms.

- Proficiency in SQL and working with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL).

- Hands-on experience with Git and version control workflows.

- Experience with Docker and containerization.

- Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure services (App Services, Azure SQL, Blob Storage, etc.).

- Hands-on experience with RESTful API development and integration.

- Good communication and problem-solving skills.

- Experience with Kubernetes or Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have) :

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.

- Familiarity with asynchronous programming, microservice architecture (e.g., asyncio, aiohttp).

- Exposure to monitoring tools (e.g., Azure Monitor, Prometheus, Grafana).

- Familiarity with Python web frameworks like Django or FastAPI.

Education :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
