Python Developer - Django Framework

Project Overview :

- Prestigious Client / Project : Work with trusted global partner delivering end-to-end digital, engineering, and manufacturing solutions to top-tier clients across automotive, healthcare, and industrial sectors

- Revolutionizing Technologies : Build or enhance Python-based enterprise apps-ranging from IoT data pipelines and RPA bots to backend APIs and analytics platforms for automotive, healthcare, pharma, or logistics sectors.

- Agile Development. Strong delivery processes and tools. Long term project.

Role and Responsibilities :

- Lead the end-to-end development of complex Python applications.

- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to understand requirements and deliver scalable solutions.

- Architect and design software components and microservices using Python and related technologies.

- Review code, provide technical guidance, and mentor junior and mid-level developers.

- Implement best practices in coding/debugging/ clean and reusable code writing skills.

- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.

- Stay up-to-date with new technologies and advocate for their adoption when appropriate.

Requirements :

- Strong proficiency in Python programming language with Django framework.

- Should have a strong understanding of object-oriented design principles.

- Experience in java will be an added advantage.

- Good coding / debugging/ clean and reusable code writing skills.

- Having a good understanding of experience with ORM frameworks such as Hibernate or JPA.

- Understand code security / authentication and authorization mechanisms.

- Experience with database-driven development using PostgreSQL database.

- Should have experience leading teams and providing technical guidance.

- Should have experience building enterprise applications.

- Solid understanding of RESTful API design and implementation.

- Experience in Bootstrap 4 and jQuery will be an added advantage.

- Experience in Human Resource Information Systems will be an added advantage.

- Familiarity with Microservices architecture and design patterns.

- Experience with modern application development tools and libraries.
