Python Developer - Django/Flask/FastAPI

Description :

- An experienced Python Developer with a strong foundation in core Python concepts and object-oriented programming (OOP). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with APIs, databases, AWS, and frameworks such as Django, Flask, and FastAPI preferably from the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance) industry.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Python applications and backend services.

- Write efficient, reusable, and testable code following industry best practices.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and performance issues.

- Optimize applications for scalability, reliability, and efficiency.

- Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend improvements where applicable.

- Participate in code reviews to ensure high standards of code quality.

- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including architecture and design specs.

Required Skills :

- Core Python and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)

- Frameworks : Django, Flask, FastAPI

- APIs & Databases : RESTful API design, SQL/NoSQL databases

- Cloud : AWS (EC2, Lambda, S3, etc.)

- Strong debugging, performance tuning, and deployment experience

- Deep understanding of BFSI domain workflows and data models

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)

- Exposure to microservices architecture

Qualifications :

- B.Tech / B.E / B.Sc / BCA / MCA / M.Tech or equivalent in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

- Candidates with BFSI domain experience will be given preference.
