Python Developer - Django/Flask

Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, test, and deploy backend applications, APIs, and microservices using Python.

- Write clean, reusable, and optimized code following best practices.

- Work with relational or NoSQL databases for CRUD operations, query optimization, and schema design.

- Integrate third-party APIs and build RESTful web services.

- Perform debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.

- Follow coding standards, implement unit testing, and participate in code reviews.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams including frontend, QA, and DevOps.

- Participate in Agile/Scrum processes daily standups, sprint planning, and backlog discussions.

- Maintain technical documentation for modules, APIs, and workflows.

- Support production deployments and resolve issues efficiently.

Mandatory Skills :

- Strong proficiency in Python

- Experience with at least one Python framework: Django / Flask / FastAPI

- Hands-on experience with REST APIs

- Good understanding of SQL / relational databases

- Familiarity with Git / version control

- Basic understanding of OOP concepts, data structures, and algorithms

Good-to-Have Skills :

- Knowledge of Docker, CI/CD pipelines, or cloud environments (AWS/GCP/Azure)

- Experience with Celery / Redis / RabbitMQ

- Exposure to unit testing frameworks (PyTest, Unittest)

- Experience with microservices architecture

Education:

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field
