Job Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Python Developer with a strong background in backend development, integration, and end-to-end testing.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building, testing, deploying, and maintaining scalable applications while following best practices in software development and source control.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Perform technical coding and configuration for Python-based applications and services.

- Develop and maintain robust backend systems and RESTful APIs.

- Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and end-to-end (E2E) functional testing to ensure high code quality.

- Manage software delivery into version control systems (Git, Bitbucket, etc.) in compliance with organizational governance.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for integration, release management, and acceptance testing.

- Provide production support including incident analysis, debugging, and defect fixing.

- Optimize performance, scalability, and maintainability of applications.

- Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and Agile ceremonies.

Required Skills and Experience :

- Minimum 6 years of experience in Python development.

- Strong expertise in Python frameworks such as Flask, FastAPI, or Django.

- Hands-on experience with API development and integration.

- Knowledge of unit testing frameworks (PyTest, Unittest, etc.

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

- Familiarity with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).

- Understanding of software design principles, data structures, and algorithms.

- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with microservices architecture.

- Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.

- Familiarity with logging, monitoring, and performance tuning tools.

- Exposure to DevOps practices and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
