Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Python Developer to join our dynamic development team in Gurugram. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Python programming, backend development, and experience working with modern frameworks, APIs, and databases. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and high-performing applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, test, and maintain scalable backend systems and services using Python.

- Work with frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI to build RESTful APIs.

- Integrate third-party services, APIs, and data sources.

- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

- Collaborate with front-end developers, DevOps engineers, and product teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.

- Perform code reviews and contribute to improving development standards.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 3.5 to 6 years of professional experience in Python development.

- Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming (OOP) and design patterns.

- Experience with Django, Flask, or FastAPI frameworks.

- Proficiency with REST APIs, JSON, and microservices architecture.

- Good understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).

- Experience with Git, Docker, and CI/CD tools.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) is a plus.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Good to Have :

- Knowledge of asynchronous programming (e.g., AsyncIO, Celery).

- Experience with data processing or analytics tools (Pandas, NumPy, etc.).

- Familiarity with frontend technologies (React, Angular, etc.) is a plus.

- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Education :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
