About the Role :

We are looking for a skilled Senior Python Web Developer to join our growing engineering team. The ideal candidate will have strong backend development experience using Python, hands-on expertise in Django / Flask / FastAPI, and proven knowledge of cloud deployment and microservice-based architectures.

You will be responsible for building scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to design modern, serverless solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain Python-based web applications using Django, Flask, or FastAPI.

- Work on database design and optimization for both SQL (RDBMS) and NoSQL databases.

- Implement microservices architecture and serverless solutions using AWS Lambda, API Gateway, etc.

- Ensure robust cloud deployment, automation, and continuous integration.

- Troubleshoot performance bottlenecks and ensure application scalability.

- Collaborate with front-end developers, DevOps, and product teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best development practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Minimum 4 years of experience in Python web development.

- Strong hands-on expertise in Django / Flask / FastAPI frameworks.

- Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL database technologies.

- Experience with serverless and microservices-based architecture (AWS Lambda, API Gateway, etc.).

- Cloud deployment experience on AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
