About the Role :

We are seeking a skilled Python Developer with expertise in Django to join our development team.

You will be responsible for building and maintaining high-quality web applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and performant backend solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Python and Django framework.

- Build reusable, testable, and efficient code following best practices.

- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and backend services.

- Collaborate with frontend developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.

- Write unit and integration tests to ensure software quality.

- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues.

- Work with relational databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, or equivalent.

- Implement security and data protection best practices.

- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement.

- Stay updated with Django and Python community developments and frameworks.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

- 7+ years of experience as a Python Developer, specifically with Django.

- Strong proficiency in Python and Django framework.

- Experience with RESTful API development.

- Knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and ORM (Django ORM).

- Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.

- Experience with version control systems (Git).

- Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
