Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Python, Django, and Flask.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

- Optimize applications for maximum speed, performance, and scalability.

- Ensure code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and best practices.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.

- Stay updated with emerging technologies and implement them when relevant.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong proficiency in Python with at least 3+ years of professional experience.

- Hands-on expertise in Django and Flask frameworks.

- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, ORM, and database management (MySQL/PostgreSQL).

- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) is a plus.

- Strong problem-solving skills, debugging techniques, and analytical thinking.

Nice to Have :

- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or CI/CD pipelines.

- Exposure to front-end technologies (React/Angular).

- Knowledge of asynchronous programming (Celery, RabbitMQ, Kafka).
