Job Description :

We are looking for a strong individual contributor with deep expertise in React and Python, who can lead development efforts and collaborate closely with engineers to design and build complex software, tools, and scripts. Demonstrate a solid background in designing and implementing APIs, data structures, algorithms and ensuring seamless integration and functionality within applications. AI/ML is not the only evaluation criteria, exposure to hands-on development in that ecosystem is added advantage.

Core Roles and Responsibilities :

- Write clean, efficient, and reusable Python code

- Develop scalable and robust backend components and APIs

- Integrate user-facing elements developed by frontend developers with server-side logic

- Connect the application with external systems or APIs

- Design and manage databases using SQL or NoSQL technologies

- Write efficient queries and optimize database performance

- Write unit, integration, and functional tests

- Debug and resolve issues or bugs in code

- Automate deployment processes using tools like Docker, Jenkins, or Ansible

- Maintain and upgrade existing applications for performance, scalability, and security

- Implement services designed by AI/ML engineers

- Work on microservices-based architecture end to end

Must-Have Skill Set :

- Strong Python development experience

- Frameworks: Django, Flask, or FastAPI

- Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB

- Experience with RESTful API development and system integration

- Good understanding of Git and version control workflows

- Familiarity with Docker and containerized deployment

- Experience working with microservices architecture

- Strong problem-solving ability

- Good communication and collaboration skills

- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies

Good-to-Have Skill Set :

- Frontend development exposure using React

- Experience with Kubernetes and AWS for deployment and scaling

- Knowledge of CI/CD tools like Jenkins or Ansible

- Understanding of NoSQL vs SQL performance trade-offs

- Exposure to integrating with AI/ML-driven services or APIs

- Attention to detail in testing, documentation, and debugging

- Experience with logging and monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, ELK stack)
