Position: Senior Python Developer.
A fast-growing IT consulting and enterprise software development firm operating in the Digital Transformation & SaaS sector.
We build cloud-native backend systems, scalable APIs, and data-driven platforms that power B2B SaaS products and large-scale integrations for global customers.
Role & Responsibilities :
- Design, develop and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using Python and modern web frameworks (Django/FastAPI).
- Own end-to-end delivery of microservices: API design, data modeling, integration with databases and
third-party services.
- Implement reliable asynchronous processing (task queues, message brokers) and background jobs for high-throughput workloads.
- Containerize applications and work with CI/CD pipelines to build automated deployments and observability (logging, metrics, tracing).
- Collaborate with product, QA and DevOps to define technical requirements, perform code reviews, and drive performance and security improvements.
- Mentor junior engineers, define best-practice engineering patterns, and contribute to architecture and roadmap decisions.

Additional Qualifications :
- 7+ years overall software development experience with significant hands-on Python backend work.
- Proven experience building production-grade services that support high availability and scale.
- Hybrid role based in India comfortable with a mix of office and remote work.
