About the Role :

We are looking for a highly skilled Python Developer with strong expertise in Django and experience working on AI/ML-based applications. The ideal candidate should be capable of designing, developing, and deploying scalable backend systems and integrating AI models into production environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain backend applications using Python and Django frameworks.

- Build, integrate, and deploy AI/ML models into production systems.

- Design efficient, reusable, and scalable code structures.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Data Science, DevOps, and Product.

- Integrate RESTful APIs and ensure high performance and responsiveness.

- Manage databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and optimize queries.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.

- Ensure security, scalability, and performance of backend applications.

- Participate in requirement analysis and technical documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 3-6 years of hands-on experience in Python development.

- Strong expertise in Django and Django Rest Framework (DRF).

- Experience with AI/ML concepts, model integration, or working with frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.

- Good knowledge of REST API development and microservices architecture.

- Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL/MySQL.

- Understanding of version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.

- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) is a plus.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Good to Have :

- Exposure to NLP, computer vision, or large language model integration.

- Experience with asynchronous frameworks (FastAPI, Flask).

- Familiarity with MLOps tools and model monitoring.

Education :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
