About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Python Developer with strong data analytics expertise to join our dynamic team. You will act as a bridge between technical development and business intelligence, collaborating with cross-functional teams to build data-driven solutions that empower our customers with actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with Product Management and Professional Services teams to gather requirements, estimate effort, and deliver projects on time.

- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports that provide valuable business insights.

- Create custom reports tailored to customer needs while identifying opportunities for scalable, reusable solutions.

- Analyze customer requirements to determine if needs can be met through existing reports, enhancements, or new development.

- Understand and optimize data models and data warehouse architecture for efficient data retrieval.

- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs to serve data from the warehouse.

- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable Python and SQL code for analytics and reporting solutions.

- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance optimization across all deliverables.

Required Qualifications :

- 4+ years of hands-on experience in Python development and data analytics.

- Strong proficiency in Python, including libraries such as Pandas and NumPy.

- Advanced SQL skills with experience in complex queries and optimization in data warehouse environments.

- Proven experience with data visualization and dashboard tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or similar).

- Experience in designing and developing RESTful APIs.

- Solid understanding of data modeling and relational database design.

- Ability to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Experience with project estimation and managing delivery timelines.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with modern data warehouse solutions (e.g., Snowflake, ClickHouse).

- Proficiency with Git or other version control systems.

- Experience with data visualization libraries (e.g., Matplotlib, Plotly, Seaborn).

- Understanding of data governance, security, and best practices.

- Background in SaaS or customer-facing technical environments.
