Python Developer - Backend Architecture

Key Responsibilities :

Backend Development :

- Design, develop, and maintain robust backend services and APIs using FastAPI and Flask.

- Build scalable, modular, and high-performance architecture for cloud-native applications.

- Optimize API performance, latency, and security.

AI & BOT Application Development :

- Develop intelligent bots, AI assistants, or agent-based workflows leveraging LangGraph or similar AI orchestration frameworks.

- Integrate LLMs, vector databases, retrieval systems, and tool-calling pipelines.

- Implement multi-step reasoning workflows, conversation memory, and agent state management.

Data Engineering & Integration :

- Build and maintain data ingestion pipelines using Python libraries such as Pandas, PySpark, SQLAlchemy, or custom ETL workflows.

- Perform data cleaning, transformation, validation, and loading from varied sources (files, APIs, databases).

- Work with relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, etc.).

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 5+ years of professional Python development experience, including large-scale application development.

- Strong expertise in FastAPI and Flask, with real-world project delivery.

- Solid experience with data loading, ETL workflows, and Python data libraries.

Hands-on experience building AI-based applications or bots using :

- LangGraph (strongly preferred)

- LangChain or similar frameworks (a plus)

- Proficiency in working with databases (SQL & NoSQL).
