Required Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

- 4+ years of professional software development experience with a strong focus on Python.

- Proficiency in Python programming, including standard libraries, object-oriented design, and best practices.

- Minimum 1 year of demonstrable experience in at least one of the following areas :

a. Developing custom tools, plugins, or integrations for automation or AI frameworks.

b. Building applications using agentic AI frameworks ( CrewAI & LangChain Agents ).

c. Troubleshooting, debugging, and customizing complex software systems or AI/ML frameworks.

d. Contributing significantly to the architecture and design of scalable software applications.

- Solid understanding of fundamental AI/ML concepts and familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs) and their APIs ( OpenAI, Gemini, Anthropic, Llama DeepSeek R1).

- Working knowledge of cloud computing concepts and hands-on experience with core AWS or GCP services (EC2/Compute Engine, Lambda/Cloud Functions, S3/Cloud Storage, IAM, basic networking concepts).

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a knack for tackling complex technical challenges.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- A strong desire to learn rapidly, experiment, and specialize in the field of AI agents.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Direct hands-on experience building projects using CrewAI.

- Experience with front-end development (React, NextJS, HTML/CSS/JavaScript) to facilitate better integration.

- Experience with containerization technologies (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).

- Familiarity with vector databases (VectorDB, Pinecone, ChromaDB, Weaviate) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).

- Understanding of advanced agent concepts like memory, planning, and reflection.

- Contributions to relevant open-source projects.
