We are hiring for a Python Developer for a Service Based Company.

Job type : Permanent / Full Time

Experience : 5 - 10 Years

Notice Period : Immediate to Oct Mid week

Location : Bangalore (5 Days WFO)

Skills Required : Python development, FastAPI, RabbitMQ, Azure/AWS/GCP, AI Tools, CI/CD Pipelines

Interview Process : 2 rounds (Virtual) + Client Round (F2F)

Responsibilities :

- 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience in Python development.

- Strong experience in building REST APIs using FastAPI or similar frameworks.

- Strong experience with Message Queue RabbitMQ is preferred.

- Strong experience with ORM frameworks, including SQLAlchemy, and database migration tools such as Alembic.

- Experience in writing clean, maintainable, scalable, high-performance code and unit testing.

- Deep understanding of Python's multi-threading, multi-processing, asynchronous programming, and performance optimization techniques.

- Hands-on experience in Prompt engineering, vibe coding, using AI-powered developer tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor AI, Claude Code, Windsurf, or similar coding assistants.

- Ability to review, validate, and optimize AI-generated code while ensuring maintainability, security, and performance standards.

- Experience and knowledge of SDLC and agile framework.

Nice to have skills :

- Exposure to modern engineering platforms such as Harness / Specification-Driven Development (SDD).

- Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts and experience integrating AI/LLM-based services into applications.

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

- Experience with Docker and containerized application development.

- Experience with Redis or other caching mechanisms.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
