We are seeking a highly skilled Python Developer with strong Machine Learning experience to join our dynamic engineering team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, integrating, and optimizing Python-based applications, building machine learning models, and managing data processing workflows.

This is a Contract to Hire position for candidates who are ready to make an immediate impact.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain robust Python-based applications and automation frameworks.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop machine learning algorithms and data-driven solutions for business challenges.

- Work on data movement, data transformation, and data pipeline development using Python and related tools.

- Integrate software with external devices, APIs, and applications, ensuring smooth communication and interoperability.

- Develop automation scripts for testing, validation, and deployment of models and applications.

- Optimize code for scalability, efficiency, and performance across multiple environments.

- Work closely with cloud engineering teams to deploy and manage applications on cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP).

- Debug and resolve complex technical issues while maintaining high-quality code standards.

- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies in Python, machine learning, and cloud computing to enhance system capabilities.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- 7+ years of professional experience as a Python Developer or Software Engineer.

- Strong proficiency in Python programming (OOP, multithreading, async programming, RESTful APIs).

- Hands-on experience with Machine Learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, or Keras.

- Expertise in data manipulation, data transformation, and ETL processes using libraries like Pandas and NumPy.

- Experience working with APIs, web services, and device communication interfaces.

- Good understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and cloud-based deployment.

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git version control, and agile development practices.

- Experience in automating testing processes and integrating automated test scripts.

- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
