Overview :

We are seeking a talented and motivated Python Developer to join our development team in a hybrid work environment. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python development, database interaction, and web framework usage (Django/Flask) to build and maintain robust, scalable applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Application Development : Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable web applications and services using Python.

- Web Frameworks : Utilize Django or Flask to build robust back-end systems, RESTful APIs, and business logic layers.

- API Integration : Implement and manage API Integration with internal and external services to facilitate data exchange and system interoperability.

- Database Management : Write efficient, optimized queries and manage data interaction using SQL with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MS SQL Server).

- Code Quality : Ensure code quality, performance, and security through best practices, code reviews, unit testing, and continuous integration.

- Collaboration : Work collaboratively with front-end developers, product managers, and QA teams throughout the software development lifecycle.

- Troubleshooting : Identify, debug, and resolve complex issues and bottlenecks within the application code and infrastructure.

Mandatory Technical Skills :

- Python : 3+ years of professional experience in Python programming.

- Web Frameworks : Strong hands-on experience with either Django or Flask.

- Database : Proficiency in SQL (Structured Query Language) for database querying, schema design, and optimization.

- Integration : Extensive experience with API integration (consuming and building RESTful APIs).

Qualifications and Attributes :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and communicate technical concepts clearly.

- Comfortable working in a hybrid model, balancing remote work with required days in the office.
