Role Overview :

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Python Developer with a strong foundation in backend development and an eagerness to work on Generative AI use cases. In this role, you will support our data science and AI initiatives by developing scalable tools, APIs, and applications that integrate with large language models and other ML frameworks. Key Responsibilities :

- Backend Development : Write clean, modular, and maintainable Python code to support data pipelines, APIs, and model-serving infrastructure.

- AI Integration : Collaborate with data scientists to integrate LLM outputs and models into analytics workflows, dashboards, and business applications.

- Generative AI Projects : Work on use cases involving chatbots, text summarization, content generation, and prompt engineering using tools such as OpenAI, Hugging Face Transformers, or LangChain.

- Prototyping : Build rapid prototypes using Jupyter Notebooks or Streamlit for internal tools and proof-of-concept features.

- API Development & Integration : Develop and consume RESTful APIs for internal services and third-party tools; support AI model endpoints using FastAPI or similar frameworks.

- Data Handling : Manipulate and process structured/unstructured data using Pandas, and manage storage in vector databases like FAISS or ChromaDB.

- Collaboration & Support : Work closely with cross-functional teams including data science, product, and engineering to ensure smooth integration of AI capabilities.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Programming : Strong proficiency in Python, including data structures, object-oriented programming, and libraries like pandas, requests, FastAPI.

- Generative AI Exposure : Familiarity with LLMs (e.g., OpenAI GPT, Claude), Transformers, and frameworks like LangChain, Hugging Face, or similar.

- Prompt Engineering (Basic) : Understanding of how to craft effective prompts and integrate them in model calls for practical use cases.

- API & Integration : Hands-on experience with REST APIs both building and consuming.

- Prototyping Tools : Experience with Jupyter Notebooks, Streamlit, or similar for demos and rapid application development.

- Vector Stores & Embeddings : Knowledge of vector databases like FAISS or Chroma, and experience working with document embeddings.

- Cloud & DevOps (Preferred) : Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure, especially around AI services and model deployment.
