Python Developer

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Python Web Development Specialist with 2 to 6 years of experience in developing and maintaining web applications using Python and Django.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in backend development, basic frontend skills, and excellent communication abilities to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

A key part of the role involves simplifying complex technical concepts for junior team members or non-developers.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, test, and maintain high-quality web applications using Python and Django frameworks.

- Design and implement RESTful APIs for frontend integration and third-party services.

- Collaborate with UI/UX designers and frontend developers to deliver user-friendly applications.

- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.

- Use version control tools like Git and GitHub for source code management and collaboration.

- Participate in Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews) and contribute to a collaborative team culture.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, interns, or cross-functional teams.

- Break down and explain complex technical processes or system designs in a simple, digestible format.

- Prepare and deliver internal presentations or knowledge sessions on tools, techniques, or technologies.

- Document technical specifications and contribute to training material or onboarding guides.

- Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in Python, Django, and web technologies.

Required Skills :

- Strong experience in Python and Django for web application development.

- Understanding of Django ORM, middleware, and deployment practices.

- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

- Ability to troubleshoot and collaborate with frontend teams.

- Experience in designing and consuming RESTful APIs.

- Hands-on experience with Git and GitHub (branching, PRs, version control workflows).

- Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum frameworks and tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).

- Fluent in English (spoken and written).

- Strong presentation, public speaking, and interpersonal skills.

- Comfortable explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

- Exposure to front-end frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.

- Experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, or cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP).

- Prior experience in an instructional, mentoring, or training role.

- Experience contributing to open-source projects or technical blogs
