Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Python Backend Engineer to design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs for high-performance applications. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of server-side technologies, data modeling, and system architecture, with a passion for clean, maintainable, and scalable code.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services using Python.

- Collaborate with frontend developers, DevOps, and QA teams to deliver robust software solutions.

- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.

- Develop efficient database schemas and write complex queries for relational and NoSQL databases.

- Integrate third-party services and APIs as required.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.

- Follow best practices for code quality, testing, and documentation.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- Minimum 4 to 5 years of hands-on experience in backend development with Python (Django, Flask, or FastAPI).

- Strong expertise in building scalable and secure RESTful APIs and microservices.

- Solid understanding of databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Redis).

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (Git).

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
