Python Backend Developer - Flask

We are looking for a Python Backend Developer with 3-4 years of experience to develop and maintain robust backend systems. You will build scalable APIs using Flask, integrate with ElasticSearch, and write efficient SQL queries. The ideal candidate is passionate about clean code, performance optimization, and data-driven solutions.

Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain scalable Python and Flask backend services.

- Design RESTful APIs with a focus on performance, security, and maintainability.

- Implement search and indexing using ElasticSearch.

- Write optimized SQL queries for data operations and reporting.

- Manage relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and ensure data integrity.

- Optimize backend logic and queries for speed and scalability.

- Write unit tests and debug backend issues.

- Deploy applications on cloud or containerized platforms and monitor performance.

- Collaborate with frontend, DevOps, and product teams.

Preferred Skills :

- SQLAlchemy or other ORM experience.

- Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.

- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines (GitLab, Jenkins, etc.).

- Knowledge of asynchronous programming (e.g., Celery, asyncio).

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

- Understanding of microservices architecture and API versioning.

Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

- 3- 4 years of Python backend development experience.

- Strong proficiency in Flask, ElasticSearch, and SQL.

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
