Job Role : Python Architect.

Location : Noida, Gurugram, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune & Nagpur.

Experience into Python 10+ Years -Mandate.

Job Responsibilities :

- Lead a team of 6-8 Python developers, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and support.

- Design and develop high-quality, efficient, and scalable Python applications and APIs using Django or other Framework.

- Experience of working with NoSQL databases (any of these PostgreSQL, Mongo).

- Good experience in SQL.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze needs, and develop solutions that meet business objectives.

- Ensure code quality through code reviews, unit testing, and continuous integration.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application performance, scalability, and reliability.

- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in Python development and AWS services, and provide recommendations for improvement.

- Establish and enforce development best practices, coding standards, and documentation guidelines within the team.

- Foster a collaborative and innovative environment within the team, promoting knowledge sharing and continuous learning.
