Role :

We are hiring a Python Full Stack Architect (Backend Focus) to lead the design and delivery of scalable, high-performance backend solutions.

The role is ideal for senior engineers who have transitioned into architecture and want to influence the technical direction of enterprise-grade platforms.

Responsibilities :

- Architect and design robust backend systems and APIs using Python (Django/Flask/FastAPI).

- Define microservices and cloud-native architecture for high-availability and scalability.

- Collaborate with engineering, product, and DevOps teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.

- Set coding standards, review code and architecture, and mentor developers.

- Optimize application performance, reliability, and security.

- Champion adoption of CI/CD, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and observability practices.

Required Skills :

- 10+ years of experience in Python backend development, with at least 35 years as an Architect.

- Proven experience designing enterprise-scale backend architectures and microservices.

- Hands-on with SQL & NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis) and message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ).

- Strong understanding of RESTful API/GraphQL design, cloud platforms (Azure/AWS), and container orchestration.

- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, and testing frameworks (pytest, unittest).

- Exposure to frontend technologies (React/JavaScript) for seamless full-stack integration is a plus.
