Description : We are looking for an experienced Python Architect to design and build scalable, high-performance systems and lead the development of innovative AI/ML-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Python, architectural design, and product scalability, with excellent communication and leadership skills.

Experience : 10+ years

Notice Period : Immediate to 15 days preferred

Education : BE or B Tech in STEM stream or computer science (IIT, IIIT, NIT, BITS preference)

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and architect large-scale, distributed systems using Python (FastAPI/Flask) frameworks.

- Define the overall architecture and technology roadmap for scalable and secure product development.

- Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and engineering teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.

- Lead the design and integration of AI/ML components within product workflows.

- Ensure best practices in coding, architecture design, testing, and deployment.

- Review system architecture, identify areas for improvement, and guide the team in implementing solutions.

- Mentor developers and promote technical excellence across the engineering team.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 10+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in architectural roles.

- Strong expertise in Python and frameworks such as FastAPI or Flask.

- Proven experience in building and scaling large, production-grade products or platforms.

- Hands-on experience in AI/ML technologies - must have worked on at least one project involving ML model integration or deployment.

- Solid understanding of microservices architecture, API design, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Demonstrated career stability and ability to work on long-term, multi-year projects.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience in data engineering or MLOps environments.

- Exposure to modern DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

- Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
